Shawn Ryan

Shawn began his career in construction in 1989, and has managed projects from design through turnkey turnover. He has developed several nationwide accounts including Best Buy, Pacific Sales and Petsmart. Shawn has also built several centers that include: Chandler, Arizona's 50,000 SF block building consisting of Ross and Famous Footwear. Another project of Shawn's was building a three-acre center in Lakewood, California consisting of Corner Baker, Rubios, It's a Grind and Pick Up Stix. He is able to serve his clients by excelling competitive pricing, fastrack schedules and attention to detail but he provides unmatched client service. Shawn's expertise includes scheduling, team building, budgeting, contract negotiating and business development.
